Toncoin TON News - Verb Technology has secured $558 million in an oversubscribed private placement to transition into a Toncoin-focused treasury vehicle, in partnership with Kingsway Capital. The firm will rebrand as TON Strategy Co. upon completion, aiming to become the first publicly traded treasury reserve for Toncoin by early August. The funds will be used primarily to acquire and stake TON, with the goal of establishing a cash-flow-positive treasury model. This move aligns with Telegram's deepening integration of TON as its exclusive blockchain, positioning the project for widespread adoption across its billion-user platform.
